Where will the The Dieline Package Design Awards presented ceremony be held?
The Dieline Package Design Awards Ceremony presented by Inwork will be held during HOW Design Live in San Francisco, CA on June 23, 2013.
When will the results be made public?
The results will be announced at The Dieline Package Design Awards Ceremony presented by Inwork in San Francisco, CA on June 23, 2013.
What projects can be entered into The Dieline Package Design Awards?
All entries must have been created, produced, or launched between Dec 1st, 2011 and Dec 31st, 2012.
Who can enter The Dieline Package Design Awards?
The Dieline Package Design Awards presented by Inwork is a worldwide competition with entries accepted internationally. Student projects may enter the Student Category only.
What is the final date to enter my project into The Dieline Package Design Awards?
The competition will open on January 2, 2012. 
Entries will be closed on April 2, 2012.
ATTENTION: There will be NO extension of the registration deadline.
How much does it cost to enter?
The amount payable per entry in a category will be as follows:
  • EARLY BIRD: $95 Jan 1st – Jan 31st
  • FULL REGISTRATION: $115 Feb 1st – Feb 28th
  • LATE REGISTRATION: $125 March 1st – March 15th
  • STUDENT REGISTRATION: $85 Jan 1st - March 15th

WHAT FORMAT IMAGES ARE ACCEPTED?
All images must be JPG format in RGB, with a maximum file size of 750KB.
How will the work be judged?

The Dieline Package Design Awards presented by Inwork are judged by a highly esteemed panel of 10 industry experts, and awarded based on quality of Creativity, Marketability, and Innovation.  No judge may vote on his or her work.

Debbie Millman, President Emeritus of AIGA and President of Design at Sterling Brands, serves at the chairwoman of the judges.

What will the winners receive?
All Winners
  • A custom designed trophy by Established. (LINK)
  • Admission to The Dieline Package Design Awards Ceremony at The Dieline Package Design Conference 2013 in San Francisco.
  • All Winning entries will be included in The Dieline Awards Winner's Exhibit at The Dieline Package Design Conference and the HOW Design Conference.
  • All winners will be featured in-depth on TheDieline.com.
Best of Show Winners
  • The highest accumulative score will award one "Best of Show" winner
  • Best of Show winners will receive one complimentary Big Ticket to HOW Design Live and The Dieline Conference.
  • A 50-minute session on your winning project to be presented at The Dieline Package Design Conference 2013.
  • The Best of Show winner will also receive a one-of-a-kind Best of Show award. Each year we design a unique award; no two will ever be the same.
First Place Winners
  • One complimentary ticket to The Dieline Package Design Conference 2013.
Editor's Choice
  • Editor's Choice winner will receive one complimentary Big Ticket to HOW Design Live and The Dieline Package Design Conference 2013.
When will the winners be notified?
Winners will be notified at the end of April 2012.
Will it be possible to obtain additional trophies?
Yes, the winners may order additional trophies.
Will the winners be advertised?
Press releases will be sent to the principal design, marketing, communication and packaging magazines throughout the world. Each winner will have the right to communicate personally about his/her Dieline Package Design Award. Winning designs will be showcased on this site, as well as TheDieline.com.
If the package design I am entering is part of a line do I have to pay multiple times to enter?
No. A line of products will be judged as one entry.
Who has won a Dieline Package Design Award?
From major consumer packaged goods companies to student work, The Dieline Package Design Awards have had the privilege to award some of the best package design work in the industry. Check out our past winners here.
What if I enter a package design that was designed through the collaboration of a design agency and a company?
Enter the brand or project name in the "Project Name:" field. Include the design agency and company name in the "Company/Agency/School:" field.
Do I need to send product samples to enter?
No, you only need RGB .jpg images at a maximum size of 100MB for now. If you are selected as a winner, you will be asked to submit samples.
How can I pay for my entry?
We process our payments through Paypal, which accepts PayPal Balance, bank account, credit card, PayPal Credit, and debit card.
